With a built-in adjustable angle range from 14° to 24°, this sharpener ensures precise edge maintenance tailored to your blade type.
Featuring dual sharpening stages for each style, the ultra-durable tungsten carbide slot restores dull edges, while the ceramic slot hones and finishes for a refined, razor-sharp finish. The shears slot includes a uniquely crafted ceramic sharpener specifically for scissor blades.
Designed with safety and stability in mind, its ergonomic handle-shaped grip keeps fingers protected, and the non-slip rubber base secures the unit on any surface. The sharpener is not suitable for serrated or single-bevel knives such as sashimi blades.
