Accepted Methods of Payment
At Blackstones we accept most major credit cards - American Express, Discover, VISA or MasterCard for both in-store and on-line shopping at www.blackstonesboston.com
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place an on-line order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be promptly refunded and you will be notified by email.
Please allow for 3 to 5 business days for your order (of all in-stock items) to be processed but this may vary depending on the distance. Custom order shipment timeframes vary by vendor but are typically fulfilled within two weeks of order processing.
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail when your order has been received and another e-mail once your order has shipped. Blackstones uses either USPS and UPS to ship orders.
We only ship within the 48 contiguous states. Customers may choose to expedite their order by selecting another shipping method for an additional charge. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm, Saturday, or Sunday will typically ship the following Monday. If you have specific shipping instructions please include them as a comment with your order or call us directly at 617-227-4646. We currently do not offer Saturday delivery.
We are not liable for any missing packages once they leave our facility.
