What we sharpen We can sharpen and restore nearly all kitchen knives - European, Japanese and American made, double and single beveled and serrated. We also sharpen pocket knives, kitchen scissors, Benriner blades and hand pruners (we cannot sharpen ceramic blades, swords, or hair cutting shears). How we sharpen The main sharpening process is done on fine grit air-cooled ceramic grinding belts. For re-profiling, tip and edge repairs, thinning and re-beveling, we use a variety of techniques for different kinds of knives and their varying angle requirements. As a last step before inspection, all edges are buffed, then hand-honed. Perfect! | SHARPENING SERVICE PRICESOur sharpening service is typically next day turn-around; ready anytime after 2pm.
